This Privacy Policy explains how Company collects, uses, stores, and protects information through its internal OpenClaw QuickBooks integration application (the “App”).

2. Intended Use

The App is intended for authorized internal business users and approved contractors of Company. It is not offered as a public consumer-facing application.

3. Information We Access

Depending on configured permissions and workflows, the App may access:

• QuickBooks Online accounting data (such as transactions, vendors, chart of accounts, and attachment metadata)
• Documents/receipts from authorized storage systems (such as Dropbox)
• Operational logs needed for reliability, support, and security

4. How We Use Information

Company uses information to:

• Support internal bookkeeping workflows
• Suggest transaction categorization and document matching
• Upload and attach receipts/documents
• Detect errors, troubleshoot, and improve reliability
• Maintain security and auditability

5. AI Use

The App may use AI-assisted processing for internal accounting workflow support (for example, categorization suggestions and document matching). AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by human users before final posting.

6. Training and Model Use

Company does not use customer QuickBooks data to build or train public AI models. Data is used for Company’s internal operations and approved service workflows.

7. Sharing

Company does not sell personal information. Company may share data only with:

• Authorized service providers required to operate the App (for example, QuickBooks, storage, and infrastructure providers)
• Government or legal authorities when required by law

8. Retention

Company retains data only as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, tax, legal, and operational purposes, then securely deletes or de-identifies data when feasible.

9. Security

Company applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including:

• Access controls and least-privilege permissions
• Secure credential and token handling
• Logging and monitoring for security and support

No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but Company uses commercially reasonable safeguards.

10. Incident Notification

In the event of a security incident involving personal information, Company will provide notices as required by applicable law, including Georgia breach notification requirements where applicable.

11. Georgia Privacy Notice

Company processes personal information in accordance with applicable U.S. and Georgia law, including the Georgia Personal Identity Protection Act where applicable.

12. Rights and Requests

Where applicable, individuals may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limitations.

13. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13, and Company does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the App.

14. Changes to This Policy

Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the latest revision.
